All boards are supported, but the AQA specification will be used as the exemplar. Last year we had a high success rate (60% A/A*Chemistry A level).
The small groups are relaxed, friendly and focused. Structured notes are annotated to build and develop understanding. Learning is scaffolded through explanation and practice. Students confidence grows as they practice past questions in pairs. Just to make sure everyone understands and can achieve top grades, tests are given outside lesson time and marked feedback provided.
Students love having access to large numbers of exam questions and working through questions with their peers benefitting from each other’s learning and being supported by Henry in the process.
