At Wilmslow Tuition Centre we run small, intensive, group tuition. Students enrole for weekly lessons which are run on a tutorial-based system. We find this system results in a greater grade inflation than one to one tuition.

Accelerated revision programmes offered during February, Easter and May school holidays
GCSE Science In Biology, Chemistry and Physics the AQA GCSE specification is followed. All three sciences are covered with Year Nine to Eleven.
Creative, dynamic lessons by subject specialists
Colourful, concise revision cards are provided for each science. These are tailored to the specification with examiner tips and mark scheme terminology.
Past questions are practiced in the lesson and given for home work. This means that the student knows exactly what is required by the board and how to achieve a top grade.
Students enjoy their lessons and feel that they are progressing and building a deeper understanding from their first lesson. Their confidence increases and this improves learning in school.
GCSE English language and English literature
AQA specification is followed - but Edexcel and WJEC is also offered subject to demand as is iGCSE.
Students are able to choose both Language and Literature delivered together or as separate subjects. Where they are studied together worked examples extend to using Language skills around the analysis of set texts.
Students enjoy being able to see at each stage how they are improving while having the opportunity to reflect and reinforce where necessary. Takeaway tasks are given at the conclusion of each lesson and tests outside of lesson time afford valuable individual feedback.
Maths is taught in small groups in Y10 and 11.
